Welcome to your Traverse City getaway
Private Mini resort on 1.86 acres located on all-sports private Rennie Lake and only 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. We offer a 1200 sq ft house and 900 sq ft cottage available to rent together or separately. The shared common area has large sun deck, fire pit on the sandy beach, 2nd fire pit near the driveway and a swing set for the kids. Our on-site rentals include two kayaks and two 11' stand up paddle boards. You are completely surrounded by nature in this tranquil and peaceful setting. The property is close to shopping, antique shops, parks, casinos, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Nearby are hiking, biking and snowmobile trails as well as horseback riding. We really do have it all, come see for yourself! Northern Michigan at its finest!

House - Primary bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and twin bunk bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed and twin trundle. There is a living room, dining room and basement with a full futon. There is a full bath with shower/tub combo, kitchen with all major appliances, TV in the living room w/ direct TV, laundry room with washer & dryer, private deck, patio near the entrance with a charcoal grill, AC, propane heat & natural fireplace in the living room. Parking for 4 cars & room for snowmobile/ATV trailer. Sorry no RV's or public boat launch.
Cottage - Primary bedroom with queen bed with AC window unit, queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed in living room. There is a full bath, full kitchen with a window AC and all major appliances including an oversized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, the living area has a 43" TV w/ Direct TV, washer & dryer, large private deck with a charcoal grill, propane heat and ceiling fans in the bedroom & living room. Parking for 2 cars & room for snowmobile/ATV trailer. Sorry no RV's or public boat launch.
****Bed linens, towels, pillows, dishes, silverware, cookware, starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags are included. You'll need to provide extra for your needs. Beach towels are NOT provided

We accept checks, Venmo, Zelle & credit cards by phone with 3% processing fee. The booking deposit is 50% of the rental fee and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival
CANCELLATION
If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 31 days or more of the arrival date, booking deposit fee will be refunded at 75%
If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less of the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded
If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 2 weeks or less of the arrival date, all money is non-refundable
